Cité des sciences et de l’industrie

Europe’s largest science museum sits in a prime location within Villette Park. The new Planetarium is worth a visit alone, featuring 30-minute theater shows with 360-degree, computer-generated images. The museum caters to children of all ages, with three sections divided by age group: 0-2 years old, 2-7 years old, and 5-12 years old. Science takes on a game format, encouraging kids to get hands-on by participating in shows and experiments. Permanent exhibits explore themes like energy consumption and the science of sound, delving into topics like the voice and the vocal range through a giant piano placed on the floor.

Hours Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tickets $13 (or $10 for reduced tickets)
