Musée Rodin Paris

Fans of French artist Auguste Rodin will recognize some of the master’s most famous sculptures, like The Kiss and The Thinker, on display at the Musée Rodin. The museum is housed in the Hôtel Biron, an 18th century mansion set on over 7 acres of garden where Rodin once lived and worked. The museum is a great one to visit with kids and even offers a children’s tour on a touchpad, allowing families to adventure through the museum and gardens. Works by Rodin’s muse, Camille Claudel, are also on display in the museum. The real draw, however, are the master’s sculptures scattered throughout the French-style gardens.

Hours Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tickets $13; free for guests under 18.

Andy’s Notes:

The museum underwent a three-year renovation and reopened in 2015 with restored works by Rodin, in addition to his collection of paintings and antiques.
