Le Meurice

Architect Philippe Starck has added a contemporary touch to classic Palace hotel Le Meurice, an 18th-century stunner that artists like Salvador Dalí have called home. In fact, much of the art and décor is inspired by Dalí himself (and the restaurant is named after him). Everything at the 160-room hotel is done to perfection, from the five-star dining à la Alain Ducasse to the pastries crafted by celeb pastry chef Cédric Grolet. Le Meurice also houses the only Spa Valmont (the Swiss brand known for its nature-meets-science philosophy) in the city. In-room dining is offered 24 hours a day, so you’ll be well-fed no matter what time of day (or night) you arrive in Paris.

The Champs-Élysées and Place de la Concorde are a five-minute walk from the hotel, and the Louvre museum is less than 10 minutes away. All rooms feature luxury French linens and toiletries from perfumer Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
