Le Cinq

From Pavillon LeDoyen to the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Christian Le Squer brought a third Michelin star back to Le Cinq in 2016 and has maintained the coveted rating since. Haute design matches haute cuisine to present dishes fit for royalty in a setting as sumptuous as the meals within, and from a kitchen that legendarily spends more than 500 hours per year on research and development, you should expect nothing less. Treat yourself with the caviar and seabass in fermented milk foam, a signature Le Squer creation.

Hours

Monday to Sunday: 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch, and 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner.

Price

Expensive ($$$$)

Andy’s Notes:

If you prefer not to spend four figures on this meal but would still like to try several of Le Squer’s famed creations, opt for the prix fixe lunch. With a pair of drinks, you’ll spend more in the range of a couple hundred dollars per person this way.
