Le Petit Cambodge

As the name suggests, Le Petit Cambodge (Little Cambodia) brings Southeast Asian cuisine to Paris in this beloved eatery where dining is decidedly less French and far more streamlined. The menu is simple, with a small variety of spring rolls to start and a choice of soups, curries, rice dishes, or bo buns for the main event. Bo bun (a cold salad of rice noodles, carrot, peanut, and herb, topped with a hot protein) is king here, and is the reason the shop originally opened. Write your order on a piece of paper, take a seat indoors or out, and pay at the counter when you’re through. There’s little fuss here.
