Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée

Atop nearly every “best in Paris” list and featured on most “best in the world” lists, too, the three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée is the culinary toast of the town. Amid the eye-popping opulence of one of the most luxurious dining rooms in Paris, famed chef Alain Ducasse serves a revamped menu of wellness-focused fine dining now heavily featuring fish, vegetables, and grains, with all of the kitchen’s vegetables coming from the gardens of Château de Versailles. Spring for the Normandy lobster with radish and watercress.
