L’Assaggio

The most elegant evening of Italian cuisine can be found at L’Assaggio, inside the 5-star Castille Paris hotel on Rue Cambon. With interiors as fashionably dressed as the clientele of the original Chanel location next door, Chef Ugo Alciati’s menu of primarily Northern Italian favorites are served alongside Italian wines by the fountain of Castille’s inner courtyard. Alciati’s signature dish is agnolotti di Mamma Lidia, a tradition of his native Piedmont perfected by a family recipe, featuring pillows of pasta stuffed with braised meats and cheese.
