Le Bœuf Volant

Le Bœuf Volant translates to "The Flying Beef,” so don’t be surprised to learn that the meats here are flown in from around the world, offering an international array of cuts and styles. Likewise, you’ll find the intimate interior of this self-professed “microsteakhouse” far more reminiscent of a New York meatery than a local haunt; this is the place to explore the wide world of steak with the precision of French oversight. You’ll find traditional steakhouse sides like fries and mashed potatoes here, but also some Frenchier favorites like oysters and stewed aubergine.

Andy’s Notes:

There are only 11 small tables at this quaint restaurant, so you’ll definitely need a reservation and it’s best to plan well ahead if you want to get in here.
