Les Oreilles et La Queue

When you’re ready to splurge on an expensive steak dinner, even by Parisian standards, it’s time to head to Les Oreilles et La Queue. Here you’ll find a hearty list of cuts, and you’ll have your option of both cows from France and beyond, all dry-aged. Some more reasonably priced cuts can be found farther down the menu, but you may not be able to resist choosing from the impressive côtes de boeuf options at the top. Pair your choice with a bottle from the equally extensive wine list for the full experience and, if you want to add one last kick of decadence to the evening, be sure to sample the fries cooked in beef fat and tossed in snail butter.

Hours

Sunday through Wednesday: Noon to 2:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday: Noon to 2:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Price

Expensive ($$$$)

Andy’s Notes:

Chez Boris was once a top Parisian steakhouse. If you’re disappointed to find that it’s gone, you’ll be relieved to know that it has reopened as Les Oreilles et La Queue.
