Arpège

Don’t be fooled by the apparent simplicity of design at three-Michelin-starred Arpège. Though each element is subtle, everything from the window glass to the shape of the chairs was composed in homage to Chef Alain Passard’s second love, music. Of course, the menu takes center stage here and is almost entirely focused on the daily haul from Passard’s own farms, which are passionately eco-conscious and wildlife-friendly. Though it’s hard to predict what will appear on such an organic menu from day to day, black truffles and white asparagus are Arpège favorites (when available, of course).
