Yam’Tcha

Adeline Grattard is a master of pairing. With Yam’Tcha, she joins French and Asian culinary traditions for inventive pairings in the singular dishes that have helped earn her a Michelin star. The menu is seasonal, but look for creations like bao buns of morello cherry and stilton cheese to be served alongside smoked tofu salad or raw tuna over five-spice eggplant. Grattard’s husband and partner, Chi Wah Chan, is also gifted in the art of pairing, offering gourmet teas to match any meal. Yam’Tcha is, after all, a Mandarin expression for “drink tea.”
