Taillevent

Taillevent is home to two Michelin stars and a masterful chef who is as intent upon showcasing the flavors of each ingredient, however humble, as upon creating visual art in plating. Here you’ll find French culinary traditions adapted to produce lighter, somewhat healthier fare with a seasonable menu, and a wine and spirits list approaching 3,000 options from the historic cellars below.

Monday to Friday: Noon to 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for dinner.
