The philosophy behind this chic Israeli restaurant inside the Renaissance Paris Vendôme Hotel is to present “tasty, energetic, colorful, and inventive” cuisine. Expect plenty of vibrant dips, spreads, and vegetables alongside beautifully dressed seafood, chicken, and lamb, and don’t shy away from Balagan’s list of 10 signature cocktails. In fact, you may want to end the evening in the adjoining bar, where inventive bartenders will dazzle your senses with unique creations.
