Miznon

Miznon came to Paris after chef Eyal Shani’s tremendous success in Tel Aviv, where he continues to operate several in-demand restaurants. Expect happy crowds and the volume that generally accompanies such an ambiance, but don’t be deterred by the line outside; this is a quick-service establishment and the wait is rarely longer than 10 minutes to get in. Inside, you’ll find Israeli staples with French influences, and most items are served in pita (even bœuf bourguignon). Consider this one of the fanciest of fast food choices, and certainly the healthiest.

Hours

Sunday through Thursday: Noon to 11:00 p.m.; Friday: Noon to 4:00 p.m.

Price

Mid-Range ($$)

Andy’s Notes:

Miznon’s popularity in Paris has led to an outpost at Canal Saint-Martin, Miznon Canal, where a scaled-down menu features small plates complementing an Israeli-centric cocktail menu.
