Liza

Found in the Michelin guide and noted for its careful preparation of fresh ingredients, Liza’s aura is decidedly lighter and more glamorous than most Middle Eastern restaurants around the French capital. Elegant interiors of white marble and intricately patterned tile accentuate plates and platters of vibrant Lebanese fare with a focus on the healthier side of the cuisine. Try Liza’s famous shish taouk (garlic and coriander chicken) with a few orders of traditional dips like tahini hummus and baba ghanoush.

Andy’s Notes:

The best Middle Eastern restaurants offer plenty of small plates for grazing, which means friends are always helpful for tasting the widest variety, but Liza’s menu specifically includes platters for sharing, so you’ll definitely want to bring company here.
